Copyright Infringement Notification
nuvrt.xyz respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and are properly provided to our designated copyright agent.
If you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.

- Your physical or electronic signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
DMCA Takedown Procedure
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action in accordance with the DMCA, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We will notify the alleged infringer about the takedown notice and provide them with an opportunity to file a counter-notice if they believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to us. To be effective, a counter-notice must be a written communication that includes the following information:
- A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
